is ALLi a good weight loss supplement?

My mom is planning on using one and wants opinions of those who used it, is it a good weight loss pill that actually helps lose fat weight instead of water weight?

Alli is known to cause digestive problems!! Ask your mom what will happen if she stops using it. She will gain all the weight back she lost! Have her go to a nutritionist for help with healthy eating. If she wants to waste her money, that is her business. But all fad diets are scams and she will learn this IF she takes the time to read the disclaimers. Don’t forget to tell her to do some exercise for 1 hour every day, like walking, bicycling or jogging, even aerobics.
