How do you drink lots of water without going to the toilet a lot?
I want to drink 8 glasses of water a day to keep my skin supple. But whenever I try to drink just 3 or 4 glasses, I go to the toilet half an hour later. How can I go to the toilet less but still drink 8 glasses of water?
BTW I don’t drink water in one go but at regular intervals.
Sorry but your body is going to have to get rid of the water through perspiration or urinating. I find when I’m being active I perspire a lot of it out and don’t have to run to the bathroom every few minutes.
